Our skilled litigators combine decades of big law firm experience with a practical, nimble mindset, allowing us to quickly adapt to evolving legal landscapes and to advocate for your best interests in even the most challenging cases. We have litigated matters for clients ranging from individuals to Global 100 companies across a range of industries, including multinational food and beverage companies, investment banks, private equity funds and diversified real estate companies. Our seasoned litigators have litigated matters involving complex financial products; corporate governance disputes, such as breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes and alter ego claims; business-related torts; post-acquisition disputes and fraud claims; claims for breach of non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality covenants; manufacturing and vendor disputes; trademark and unfair competition claims; bankruptcy claims, such as fraudulent transfer and preference claims; and disputes involving parties and subject matter located in foreign jurisdictions. At Wasserman Little LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality legal representation that not only resolves disputes effectively, but does so in a way that makes business sense—balancing the need for aggressive advocacy with thoughtful, cost-conscious decision-making. No matter how complex the matter, we are dedicated to being your trusted partner throughout the entire litigation process, and to helping you achieve your business goals, whether that requires aggressive litigation, achieving a prompt settlement or something in between.

At Wasserman Little, we believe that the law is a powerful tool for change, and we are proud to use it to fight for the advancement of civil rights, economic justice and human dignity for all. Our Impact Litigation practice is driven by a commitment to creating lasting, positive change for marginalized communities. We focus on using the power of the law to challenge systemic injustices, and to advocate for the rights of those who have been historically underserved or overlooked. During the course of their careers, our attorneys have successfully brought significant lawsuits on behalf of children with special needs; victims of sex trafficking; foster children who essentially were abandoned by their parents; and children who attend schools that have inadequate funding, and are unable to meet even minimal standards of a sound, basic education.  We also have brought lawsuits involving immigration rights, tenant rights, and racial discrimination, and have filed Amicus briefs in the United States Supreme Court in support of more meaningful gun control laws. Most recently, we successfully litigated class action claims against Flint Community Schools and the Michigan Department of Education for violating the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) on behalf of thousands of children who were exposed to lead in their drinking water.  We also successfully litigated on behalf of children with special needs against the New Jersey Department of Education for its failure to provide timely due process hearings as required under IDEA.  In the fall of 2024, we filed an important education case in Clark County, Nevada, which includes Las Vegas and is the fifth largest school district in the country, regarding its systemically-broken, special education system.   Our team is deeply dedicated to advancing social justice, fighting for the rights of individuals and groups facing discrimination, inequality, and oppression. Through strategic, high-impact litigation, we strive to influence public policy and bring about meaningful reform that uplifts vulnerable populations, ensuring their voices are heard, and their rights are protected.  With a deep understanding of the legal and social issues that affect marginalized groups, we approach each case with passion and purpose, working tirelessly to create a more equitable and just society.
